Intercultural dialogue is essential to get to know one another, understand our differences, enrich each other mutually, and move forward toward shared improvement between countries.

Instituto Bernabeu took part in the “7th Italo-Brazilian Colloquium on Social Rights: Transdisciplinary Dialogues”, held on Friday, January 16, in Parma (Italy). This international academic meeting aimed to promote intercultural social dialogue between Europe and Latin America around social rights from a legal, social, and healthcare perspective.

At the event, Sara Dalla Costa, lawyer and coordinator of Instituto Bernabeu Venice, participated as a speaker with the lecture entitled “The demographic crisis and the regulatory dysfunction of assisted reproduction in Italy: a challenge for social rights”. During her presentation, our colleague analyzed the limits of the current Italian legal framework on assisted reproduction and its impact on both demographic evolution and the effective guarantee of social rights.
