The Dr. Rafael Bernabeu scholarships for students in the healthcare field 9th edition gets underway.

The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, Instituto Bernabeu’s social work, starts taking applications for the 9th edition of its scholarships for students of health sciences, an initiative named after the founder of Instituto Bernabeu.

The Dr. Rafael Bernabeu scholarships have been consolidated annually within the university student community. They are aimed at students of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology and Biotechnology, and are intended to provide financial support to young people with a vocation for healthcare who face financial difficulties in starting or continuing their university studies. Under the slogan ‘We help you so that you can help many’, the foundation reinforces its commitment to the training of future health professionals.

This year’s edition is endowed with a total of 24,000 euros, which will be distributed in individual scholarships of 2,500 euros per selected student. ‘With these scholarships we want to pay tribute to the legacy of solidarity of Dr. Rafael Bernabeu and support the talent of those who, through medicine and health sciences, dedicate their lives to caring for others. We know that behind many of these young people there are stories of self-improvement, and we want to be part of the impetus that allows them to move forward, ’ said Sómnica Bernabeu, director of the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation.
