Dr. Antonio Servera

Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zaragoza, 2001. Urology Specialist, a position gained through the Spanish national medical examination (MIR), at Miguel Servet University Hospital in Zaragoza. Further training completed during periods in Heilbroon, Buenos Aires, Paris and Madrid. 

 

Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Balearic Islands, 2012. Completion of a thesis entitled ‘Contributions to renal lithiasis from a surgical, metabolic and preventive perspective.’ Graded with distinction.

 

Fellow of the European Board of Urology exam in Brussels, 2011. Pass.

 

Professional experience as Head of the Endourology and Lithiasis Section at Manacor Hospital.

 

Participation in numerous international clinical trials, including positions as data manager and study coordinator. Teacher at the National Urology Congress since 2014 and Director of Training Courses in 2017 and 2018.

 

Author and co-author of 12 chapters in books, 36 communications in congresses and 13 national and international publications.

Best in Class National Award winner. Awarded to the Urology Department at Manacor Hospital, 2009.

Third position in the Joaquín Albarrán Award for best poster communication during the National Urology Congress, 2010. 

National Top 20 Award winner in the Kidney and Urinary Tract category for Large Hospitals within the Spanish Health Service. Awarded to the Urology Department at Manacor Hospital.
