The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation awards 2 study grants to young musicians from the Ana María Sánchez Conservatory of Music.

The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, the Instituto Bernabeu Group social work, has awarded two scholarships to students of the Ana María Sánchez Professional Conservatory of Music, in recognition of their participation, talent and musical development within the ‘Música Viva Project’.

The distinguished students have been Joaquín Herrero González (Violin), who has received a grant of 400 euros, and Elián Galiana Romero (Piano), with a grant of 800 euros. This link with Elda’s Professional Conservatory of Music arises from the collaboration between the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation and the Ana María Sánchez Foundation to promote and stimulate artistic vocation among promising young musicians.

The scholarships were awarded during the end-of-term concert held on 12 June at the ADOC auditorium in Elda, an event which highlighted the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation’s commitment to promoting talent and training for young people.

‘For our Foundation, supporting young people who add to their talent all their effort and dedication to pursue their vocation is a way of contributing to the development of a more educated and sensitive society. Music is a tool for personal and social growth, and we are proud to reward the efforts of these young students, supporting the start of their professional careers, which we hope will be very fruitful,’ said Sómnica Bernabeu, director of the Foundation.
