The Rafael Bernabeu Charitable Foundation’s 5th Annual Children’s Drawing Contest: Motherhood

The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, the charitable foundation of Instituto Bernabeu, announces the 5th edition of its “Children’s Drawing Contest“, which revolves around the theme of motherhood.
The aim is to stimulate creativity in early childhood and award recognition for their efforts. Last year’s edition was a complete success and included the works of over 600 children.
This year, participation is also open to the public through its FACEBOOK group, where everyone can vote for the best drawings.
Any child between 5 and 12 years old may participate in the drawing contest.The event features a drawing category, divided into two groups: 5 to 8 year olds, and 9 to 12 year olds. The awards are a great encouragement for the effort: gift cards to FNAC, first place prize in each category will get 300€ and 100€ will go to the second place winner.
The admission deadline is on 7 February, 2013.
The winners will be announced on 18 February 2012 and prizes will be given in a public ceremony at FNAC in Alicante, on the afternoon of 28 February, which will be followed by a story-telling event for all the children.
