Pregnancy Assurance in Spain

Instituto Bernabeu assures your pregnancy through our Pregnancy Assurance programme. This egg donation programme offers you the highest levels of care while at the same time reducing financial risk, giving you peace of mind and financial security on your road to becoming parents. The policy guarantees full reimbursement if you do not become pregnant after four egg donation cycles.

The Pregnancy Assurance programme is valid for two years and the policy includes:

  • Specialist Doctor: You will be assigned a doctor who is a reproductive medicine specialist as well as an exclusive personal assistant experienced in comprehensive care.
  • Exclusive egg donors: You will be assigned an exclusive egg donor based on physical characteristics and blood type. The donors will have gone through a rigorous battery of blood tests including chromosomal and genetic screenings as well as psychological and gynaecological examinations to ensure that they are the best match for you.
  • Assured high-quality embryo transfer: You are guaranteed an immediate replacement donor if the embryos are not of the best quality or if fertilisation does not take place.
  • Four treatment cycles: The policy covers four egg donation treatment cycles, including the use of frozen ones if any remaining embryos have to be cryopreserved.
  • Cryopreservation: The embryo and semen freezing costs are covered for the term of the policy.
  • Best practise: No more than two embryos will be transferred (unless your specific case demands otherwise. This decision will be made by the medical team with the patient’s authorised consent).
  • Personal chauffeur: You will be picked up and returned to the airport and hotel by the clinic’s chauffeur.
