Our medical centre maintains a high quality standard through a combination of medical care, research, teaching and social commitment. We are committed to offering our patients comprehensive medical care by providing treatments based on state-of-the-art techniques in a friendly, welcoming environment.

In order to achieve of this, we have established the following quality values that all our staff must adopt and respect:

In order to ensure that these values are adopted, the Management has decided to introduce the System for the Quality Improvement of Private Medical Care,which obtained the sign SEP sign and an international certificate in accordance with the norm ISO 9001:2000. Furthermore, our quality programme includes an evaluation by the foremost standards of heathcare accreditation.

Instituto Bernabeu´s Management will provide all necessary resources and promote the proposed activities for improvement in order to achieve our objectives.
